The Webber Cancer Center is located on the grounds of the St. John Macomb Hospital campus on the southeast corner of East Twelve Mile Road and Hoover Road in Warren, about a mile east of the General Motors Tech Center.

From the East Take I-696 west to the Hoover Road exit, travel north one mile.

From the West Take I-696 east to the Hoover Road exit, travel north one mile.

From the South Take Hoover Road north to East Twelve Mile Road.

From the North Take Hoover Road south to East Twelve Mile Road.
